It’s time for another new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches, and this week our hostess is our favorite Bay Stater and someone who really knows her way around a fabulous clean card, Jen Mitchell. Take a look at what she has for us:

I recently acquired the Tidings & Trimmings bundle, and I have to confess that the primary reason I got is was because of a certain die-cut star. So when I saw the sketch, I knew that it would be perfect for a focal image on that big circle.
I die-cut the star from some silver foil paper and placed it on the solid star which was cut from some Real Red card stock. The die set also includes some holly leaves, which I cut from some Old Olive card stock.
The paper is from the Heartwarming Hugs dsp collection, which is such awesome traditional paper. The sentiment is also from the Tidings & Trimmings stamp set.
I added some red rhinestones for the holly berries and some silver twine to make a bow.
We hope you’ll join us and make your own card using the sketch! We love to see what you create as we browse the gallery each week. Meanwhile, be sure to stop by the Freshly Made Sketches site to see what the design team has created for your inspiration!
Enjoy your Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by!
